What I am Doing in October

This month is busy for me. I am in Tasmania this week to see my grandmother (she is unwell). Next week I am in Canberra for a wrestling competition for my daughter and we are selling off everything we own, packing up the house and leave in November.

I also need to organise everything both for being in the islands for a few months during cyclone season and for moving across the country. My eldest will complete the HSC then both my older 2 will continue their other studies and work as well, so we need to ensure everything is in place for them to study and me to work.

Our plans updated multiple times this year due to opportunities for my kids then my ill health. Now, we have the opportunity to be overseas for a couple of months before setting up in Perth.

Our Meal Plan

As I am away this week, the meals are up to my kids. Here is what they chose:
Salmon, coconut rice and Japanese inspired coleslaw
Butter chicken
Corn beef, mashed potato and veggies
Mexican chicken
Minestrone soup with sourdough
Pizza
Leftovers

Breakfasts are eggs, rice, fruit smoothies. Lunch is either leftovers or wraps, sandwiches.
