New Debt Journey: Clearing almost $60,000 Worth of Debt!

There have been a few changes on the backend of The Thrifty Issue. We are excited to announce new management and thus a new financial journey!

The Thrifty Issue has new management and a new financial journey with Stephanie!

Kylie will still be mentoring Stephanie for a while but the journey is no longer about her.

We hope you continue to stay and share a new stage of The Thrifty Issue.

Debt Plan: How To Clear Almost $60,000 of Debt

I am $59,973.72 in debt and it is mainly consumer debt with not much to show for it.

My mental health wasn't great, I hadn't saved an emergency fund and had a few issues so I ended up with a personal loan, loans from family and friends, ZipPay, AfterPay and a whole lot of shame.

Not to mention some big expenses coming up I have not budgeted for.

All in all, my finances are a mess so I am extremely excited to be sharing my journey with you and keeping myself accountable.

I will share how I pay down debt, debt updates, side hustles that work and what I fail at, financial mistakes and lessons, all of it.

But I won't share details of my family, exactly who I am or things like that.

Check out how I got into debt and my plans here.

Also, if you have any tips or want me to try anything, let me know! E.g. I asked on Instagram.
