What I Am ReadingMy reading list for 2026 can be found here. One of the books I chose was unintentionally a way of life I was already living. The Wardrobe Project: A Year of Buying Less and Liking Yourself More by Emma Edwards. Last year I went to Tonga and Vanuatu for a few months then travelled across to Perth. I selected 3 dresses, a coverup shirt, 2 singlet tops, 2 exercise outfits, 2 swimmers, sandals, sneakers (plus 2 pairs of socks), 2 lava lavas and underwear. The items I chose were multi-purpose e.g the dresses can be worn as skirts, strapless or with the coverall top for different looks. They are also designed that as I lose weight, they can be adjusted. Since arriving in Perth, I still haven't bought anything. I haven't looked at clothes much and haven't felt a strong desire to change things up. I am not comparing myself as much to others and less interested in shopping at all.
